Pricing & payment
Do you accept Medicare or insurance?
No. We are a 100% private-pay provider, so we don't accept or bill Medicare or insurance. That keeps things simple, with clear, upfront pricing and no claims, approvals, or paperwork delays.
How can I pay?
We accept cash, credit cards, and debit cards, in-store or by phone.
Do I need a prescription?
Some items may require a prescription; many everyday aids do not. If you're unsure, call us at (408) 559-5800 and we'll let you know before you buy.
Shopping & the showroom
Can I try the equipment before I buy?
Yes. Visit our San Jose showroom to sit in the lift chairs, push the rollators, and test the scooters. No appointment needed, and our staff are on the floor to help.
Where are you located and when are you open?
3725 Union Avenue, San Jose, CA 95124. Monday–Friday 9am–6pm and Saturday 10am–3pm; closed Sunday. There's plenty of free parking.
Delivery, setup & pickup
Do you deliver and set up?
Yes. We offer local delivery and professional in-home setup throughout San Jose and the greater Bay Area. Delivery rates are shown at checkout based on your location.
Can I pick up in store?
Yes. Free in-store pickup at our San Jose showroom. You'll be notified when your order is ready.
How do I track my order?
Once an order ships, a tracking link appears on the order in your account, along with a status of Ready for pickup or Picked up for pickup orders.
Rentals, repairs & returns
Do you rent equipment?
Yes. We rent wheelchairs, scooters, hospital beds, walkers, and more, with daily, weekly, and monthly rates, great for recovery, travel, or trying before you buy.
Do you repair equipment?
Yes. We service wheelchairs, scooters, lift chairs, and hospital beds. We provide an estimate before any chargeable work begins.
What is your return policy?
For health and safety reasons, some opened medical items can't be returned. Please contact us before returning anything and we'll walk you through your options.
