Do you accept Medicare or insurance?
No. We are a 100% private-pay provider, so we don't accept or bill Medicare or insurance. That keeps things simple, with clear, upfront pricing and no claims, approvals, or paperwork delays. We're happy to help you choose the best value for your needs.
Can I come in and try the equipment first?
Please do. Our San Jose showroom is open Monday to Friday 9 am to 6 pm and Saturday 10 am to 3 pm. No appointment needed.
Do you deliver and set up at home?
Yes. We offer local delivery, full assembly, and a walkthrough so you're comfortable using the equipment before we leave. Delivery rates are shown at checkout.
Do you offer rentals?
Yes. Short-term rentals are available for recovery, travel, or trying something before you buy.
Can I order by phone or text?
Yes. Call or text us your order and our personal shoppers will have it ready at the register, or bring it out to your car for curbside pickup.
